Hulu is a website that offers ad-supported streaming video of TV shows and movies from NBC, FOX and many other networks and studios. Hulu videos are currently offered only to users in the United States.
Problem is that you can't use it in Canada due to licensing issues, which really grinds my gears. However I found this great post by lifehacker on how to use hulu in Canada.

The program mentioned masks your IP address so you can use it to before going on any site that limits access to us proud Canadians.
Vive la resistance.
I really believe that video on demand like this is the future instead of having scheduled TV line ups. The quality is really good on Hulu. Better than my TV I would say. Now I just need a HI-Def TV so I can hook my computer up to it and watch the shows.

Hulu alternatives in Canada
The problem with Hotspot Shield - it has monthly bandwidth cap of just few gigabytes. Maybe enough to watch dozen of episodes or so. Not mentioning that tricking system this way this is essentially a cheating/unethical if not illegal.
In a meantime canadian broadcasters like CBC, CTV and other are making full episodes of prime-time shows available online in Canada. House, Office, 24, etc, etc. are there already.
Here is the description of what is available in Canada now without Hulu: http://diyfreetv.blogspot.com/2009/01/no-hulu-in-canada-no-problem.html
I Don't Mind Cheating
Granted HotSpot is not the perfect answer, I believe it is a far better solution than the programming you have listed on your site.
It is just annoying to see another service that could easily be adapted to Canadian needs being blocked from Canadian consumers. The internet should be open access to all in my opinion. That is what has made it such a great thing to date.
Hotspot Shield Troubleshooting and Alternatives
Lately, however, HSS doesn’t seem to work reliably. I’m not sure if this is due to the growing popularity of the software choking access or if Hulu has begun tracking the HSS/Verio ISP IP addresses from Englewood, Colorado. For those with any trouble with HSS, please check out the HSS troublehshooting blog:

Hulu caught up with Hotspot
Hulu caught up with Hotspot shield as of today and is blocking it. Lame, but there'll be other ways around it soon enough.
New service for Canadians to watch Hulu
Hi, as a fellow Canadian - I'd like to introduce our new service which helps Canucks get around geo-blocking. We just launched last week, and so far so good. It is a paid service, but our customers can cancel anytime - and we offer a money back guarantee.
Cheers!

Hi, I'm using Firefox and for some reason the fonts on your site are gigantic. All the other sites I usually browse show up normally except yours.
VPN no longer works...
I tried the VPN method on lifehacker but it no longer worked.
The only thing that works for me right now is http://www.UnoTelly.com . It's about 4 bucks and I'm streaming Hulu right now here in Norway.

Free VPN Service to access hulu outside of te USA
Ok laddies, as of 5 minutes ago a VPN service that can be used to access Hulu in canada is raptor vpn. And guess what, it offers free vpn. It appears to be limtless, but ur smtp email must be secure. If this isn't a possibility for u, u can sign up for a free account with gmail. Gmail works with email programs like outlook 2010. Also if u use irc, it masks ur ip address with them too. All u suckers that are paying for vpn or going without. Should give raptor vpn a try. It has both software and no software based access. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to email me. (No you dont have to be polite. lol)
Enjoy
