I spent this Saturday at the university putting on the UPEI locavore event in conjunction with my MBA program.  It was a pretty cool event and really opened up my eyes to local business especially concerning farmers.  Here's some info from the event.  Thanks for everyone that came out!

 I love watching TV online because I don't have cable in my bedroom and it's all "on demand".  Being in Canada it is often hard to find what you're looking for as I can't access a lot of US sites due to distribution laws.  Anyways I stumbled across TV Gorge and I've been watching 30 Rock episodes on it like it was going out of business.  Which it may, since I do not know the legality of the service...

Where do you watch you're shows online???

For those looking to keep up to date on the music scene on the East Coast of Canada aka Atlantic provinces...you should really check out the East Coast Countdown website.  There you can listen to the top 10 countdown in its entirety.  I'm amazed at the talent coming out of Prince Edward Island.  Good stuff.

Anyone else listening to the countdown? Or are you getting your fix elsewhere?

Watched a great movie the other day,  Shake Hands With The Devil.

I'm pretty sure Last.fm can read my mind.  It recommended this song for me, which I forgot about but thoroughly enjoy.

The counterfeiters was a pretty sweet movie if you don't mind subtitles and you like history/war movies.  It's about

Nazis and how they were using counterfeit money during the war to buy weapons.
