Does technology control you?
Although I make my living by helping advertisers reach consumers through technology, this is something I think about quite a bit.
First step: be aware.
Second step: do something about it.
When I go out for food and or drinks, I give the person with me my phone.
Baby steps in the right direction is better than being oblivious. IMO.
